Three Education faculty were named to Purdue’s Book of Great Teachers. The book bears the names of 428 faculty members, past and present, who have devoted their lives to excellence in teaching and scholarship. They were chosen by their students and their peers as Purdue’s finest educators.

Two Education faculty were named to Purdue’s Teaching Academy. Membership in the Teaching Academy recognizes outstanding and scholarly teaching in the graduate, undergraduate, or engagement programs of Purdue University.

They were honored at the annual Celebration of Teaching Excellence, which took place on Sept. 26, in Purdue Memorial Union’s North Ballroom. Purdue Provost Patrick Wolfe presented the awards and gave closing remarks.
