POWER FRIDAY: Distinguished Education Alumni Panel & COE Diversity Committee

Attend to hear our Distinguished Education Alumni Panel followed by a discussion from the College’s Diversity Committee. Invited panelists include Purdue alumni Jason Ware, Clinical Associate Professor in Curriculum Studies at Purdue; Kay Hayes, Retired Asst. Principal and Elementary Teacher, Maryland Public Schools; Jeni Arndt, Mayor of Ft. Collins, CO; and Sharita Ware, Engineering & Technology Education Teacher at East Tipp MS and 2022 Indiana Teacher of the Year.

Diversity Panelists include Cornelius L. Bynum, associate professor of history and director of the African American Studies and Research Center; Nadine Dolby, professor, and Stephanie Masta, associate professor, both of the College of Education Department of Curriculum Studies; and Chrystal Johnson, associate professor of social studies in the Purdue University College of Education.
