ABOUT
Table Talk Tuesdays
Our action forums are designed to create a space of inclusion and collaboration that will increase the levels of cultural competency, sensitivity and awareness of students in the teacher education program with Table Talks on issues of Education and Diversity.
Learners will:
- Explore the intersections of education and diversity
- Engage in conversation that will encourage self-reflection and evaluation
- Challenge and evaluate stereotypical thoughts and behaviors
- Identify ways in which we can build a more culturally competent teacher education workforce
