Program Officer, Division of Research on Learning, National Science Foundation
Dr. Steele is a mathematics education researcher focused on teacher knowledge and teacher learning in secondary mathematics. He is currently a program officer at the National Science Foundation, the Past President of the Association of Mathematics Teacher Educators, and a past member of the Executive Council of the Conference Board of Mathematical Sciences.
