Assistant Professor positions in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction, Literacy & Language

The Department of Curriculum and Instruction in the College of Education invites applicants for three Literacy & Language assistant professor positions at the Assistant level. Purdue University seeks candidates with expertise in the following areas:

These are 9-month, tenure-track positions with a starting date of August 15, 2022.

THE LITERACY AND LANGUAGE (L & L) EDUCATION PROGRAM within the Department of Curriculum and Instruction (C & I) contributes to a culture of discovery, learning, and engagement in the College of Education. The program offers prospective researchers/scholars and K-12 educators the opportunity to investigate contemporary issues in literacy research and theory as well as pedagogical methods related to literacy and language development with a focus on reading and writing, teaching, learning, assessment, and curriculum.
