Testimonials
The takeaways from the Leadership Development Program are incredibly useful to me on a daily basis. The relationships I built during this time continue to provide support, advice, and inspiration. While attending the LDP, I connected with individuals that would impact the course of my career. Without the LDP and Director of CTE licensure program I would not be where I am today.

Purdue provided me with an affordable, easy way to continue my education and professional growth.
BOB ILES
Assistant Director of Career and Technical Education
Logansport Community School Corporation
The Director of Career and Technical Education Program curriculum assures the training experiences align with the leadership skills and understandings of key concepts for new and newer CTE leaders to serve effectively in education. Through the Leadership Development Program, I have been provided knowledge and resources that have helped me become a better teacher, educational advocate, and now a leader for my schools as I serve as an Area CTE Director.
BRITTANY KLOER
Director of Career and Technical Education
Area 18 CTE Cooperative
The LDP degree opened up many opportunities for me. I was also able to form lasting relationships with other teachers across Indiana. I realized I was able to give other teachers valuable information regarding career and technical education. I did not think I was educated enough to be “that” person.

The PIP process was a joy to learn in the June and July courses and exciting to implement throughout the school year in my classes. My administration has always appreciated the results of students learning career education/career exposure while growing in their social skills.
