Dr. Scalzo is currently a limited term lecturer in the Department of Educational Studies at Purdue University. She has extensive University teaching experience, having taught courses at Nova Southeastern, Florida International, and Baylor Universities. She has published numerous articles on Autism interventions, and is currently researching Motivation and Reinforcement in Autistic children. Dr. Scalzo frequently advocates and is a sought after speaker regarding the rights of Autistic Adults and children. She is a board certified Behavior Analyst, and belongs to the Association for Behavior Analysis International.
