Dr. George Hanshaw is currently the director of eLearning operation and researcher. His current research focus is on the use of microlearning and social media for professional development. Dr. Hanshaw leads a micro and social learning coach certification solution for K – 12 administrators with his company, Educational Leadership Solutions LLC. This initiative was begun to facilitate a designers abilities to more deeply reach the affective domain of the learners through the creation of learning materials that are focused on building an interactive relationship between the learner and the curriculum.
