My research is focused on mentoring, resilience in underrepresented groups, and strategies to enhance cross-racial solidarity. More broadly my research interests include qualitative methodologies, racial/ethnic minority mental health and multicultural issues (diversity, equity, inclusion, social justice and advocacy).
