The C.A.R.E. Lab Research Team aims to center the voices of those who are marginalized, to focus on the strengths they bring to every interaction, and to amplify their voices.
We believe that life is about learning and growing from what we learn to make the places and spaces we occupy better through demonstrating and modeling radical love, care, compassion, acceptance, empathy, and justice in research, training, and practice.
Our research team conducts career development research that focuses on investigating the intrapersonal and sociocultural factors that influence individuals’ career-related attitudes, decisions, and behaviors.
