Profile

I am a second-year doctoral student at Purdue University, specializing in Gifted Education. Much of my experience working with diverse populations has stemmed from my involvement with the Gifted Education Research and Resource Institute (GER²I), which is housed within our program. GER²I offers talent development programs for K–12 students from across the globe. Over the past three years, I have actively contributed to GER²I's programs in various capacities. I have served as a counselor, supporting the social-emotional development of gifted students, and I have also taught a mathematics course within the program. These hands-on experiences have allowed me to apply the theories and concepts I've studied to real-world settings, deepening my understanding of gifted education and reinforcing my commitment to fostering equity and diversity within the gifted community. In addition, I currently serve as Program Coordinator for GER²I. I am eager to expand my professional network within the field of gifted education and to engage in meaningful exchanges of ideas and best practices with fellow educators and researchers.
