Elizabeth Andrew Thiel is an educator with over 20 years of teaching experience, dedicated to inspiring curiosity, critical thinking, and a love of learning in her students. Throughout her career, she has taught diverse learners, led innovative classroom projects; such as food to flowers composting in Washington State and Plastic Free Hawaii on Oahu, Hawaii and mentored fellow educators through professional development in science education. Beyond the classroom, Elizabeth is the proud mom of four, Andrew, 12; George and Cate; 10 and Betty, 8. The role of motherhood continually shapes her perspective, deepens her empathy, and fuels her commitment to helping all children thrive.
