Dafne Zanelli is a Ph.D. student in Literacy and Language Education at Purdue University. Her research focuses on emergent bilinguals, community-based bilingual education, and educator preparation. She brings a linguistics background to her work, holding an M.A. in Linguistics from Purdue University, and is committed to advancing inclusive literacy practices that honor multilingual students’ language resources.
